Don't FALL behind

With the official start of Fall less than 30 days away, it's time to put your Fall wardrobe plans in motion. When you're out shopping, browsing the web or creating your wish list, keep in mind the Pantone colors for Fall so your'e on trend and not FALLing behind the curve!

Clear up a breakout FAST!

Clean it up: I've said it before and I'll say it again, a Clarisonic is your best friend. It really does a great job of getting all the dirt, makeup and dead skin off of your skin. 

Break it up: Your skin sheds everyday and sometimes you need a little help clearing off those layers of dead skin. Exfoliating can be your helping hand. I love this daily exfoliant from Dermalogica, it's gentle on my skin but still gets the job done. 

Wash it up: Wash your hair, your pillow cases & anything you put on your hair. Think of it this way; everything that goes on your hair ends up on your face. That's gross if you put an insane amount of product in your hair as I do mine. 

If you do these things you are guaranteed to have clearer skin within a few days. 

*If your'e in dire need, make sure you add extra water to your regimen (at least 8 glasses) and clean your phone & hands every time you think about it.
